DMC Primary Care seeks a professional, friendly and dependable person to join our fast-paced Patient Service team.  We are looking to hire a talented person with a “can do” attitude to assist patients on the phone by scheduling appointments, answering questions and directing them to clinical and other DMC team members as needed. This is a very busy call center environment.

This is a full-time position in Derry.  The hours are Monday - Friday, 11:00 am - 7:30 pm, with rotating Saturdays (2 off/1 on).

DMC Primary Care is a physician-owned, independent practice, providing comprehensive care for families for since 1964.

Qualifications:

  • High school education or equivalent
  • High quality customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced medical setting
  • Medical experience preferred
